BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College women’s soccer team is ranked eighth in the latest NJCAA Division I poll released on Monday.

The Titans lost to Monroe Community College, who jumped two spots to No. 6, on Sunday 2-1 in New York. It is just the second loss of the season for the Titans.

Iowa Western is ranked No. 1 in the poll with Seminole State College is second and Tyler Junior College is third.

Eastern Florida State College has been in the top 10 in every poll this season. The Titans will host Daytona State College, who is No. 4 in the poll, on Wednesday night at Orlando Health Stadium.

The Region 8 Conference game will kick off at 7 p.m.
